'Movements of Consciousness' was inspired by an interview with Dr. Goswami from " What The Bleep Do We Know ?! " ...... a leading quantum physicist. This radical new science is revolutionizing many people's view of the world, and being fascinated with its fundamental theories, Prahlad became drawn to write a unique accompanying soundtrack. The album spans a wide range of electronic music: influences can be heard from Electro, Progressive and Full On. However, the overall sound is distinctly different: besides contagious groove elements and psychedelic effects, it also leaves space for expansive arrangements and captivating melodies.



These are augmented by introspective breaks that incorporate sound textures from all over the globe: Buddhist mantras and ethereal female voices are varied with acoustic instruments from the eastern and western music traditions. The album concludes with a hypnotic ambient track that shows a glimpse of what is to come in the down tempo album which is in production now.

Above & Beyond is a British trance music group formed in 2000 by Jono Grant, Tony McGuinness, and Paavo Siljamäki. The trio are popular in the trance scene for their uplifting trance productions and collaborations with several vocalists.

They also host their own weekly radio show, Trance Around the World. The group's tracks are regularly played by well-known DJs, such as Tiësto, Armin van Buuren, Ferry Corsten, ATB, Judge Jules and Paul van Dyk. On 28 October 2009 DJ Magazine announced the results of their annual Top 100 DJ Poll, with Above & Beyond placed at #4, for the second year in a row.

Hilight Tribe - Love Medicine & Natural Trance

LOVE MEDICINE AND NATURAL TRANCE, the third release of the band.

With this album, the tribe signs a great creation, mixing rhythms from Asia , Africa and Europe. Guitar meets didgeridoo, bass meets drums, voices meet sitar.... These 12 Tracks allow you to a great travel. This release is still, as well spiced with some old school ethnical drums like djembe, congas, tablas, bougarabou, dun dun, ken keni, ... At least, more than 15 different drums (for 5 musicians) are played, first naturally and by their own natural trance technics.

Each element has his place, earth, wind, water and fire. In a shell, It's sounds like a rebirth of the old wild world. We can say that the Natural Trance, style created by the Hilight Tribe, has build bridges between a lot of Horizons.

They have foud their way, according more attention to the voices, again inspired from the ethnical trances songs they have heard in their physical and spiritual travels, as the memory of a thousand of civilizations, crossing the infinite line of the time.
